There are just 5 simple ingredients in this version of CORN PUDDING. I got this recipe from a former co-worker y-e-a-r-s ago and I have used it over and over and over again. It's a classic and it's always a crowd pleaser.
Ready? Here ya go! First, preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Start with 1 box of Jiffy Mix corn muffin mix, 1 can of whole kernel corn (drained), 1 can of cream style corn, 1 stick of butter (melted), and 8 oz. sour cream.
Dump all 5 ingredients into a 2 quart casserole dish. (Yes, seriously, just dump them.)
Stir all of the ingredients together until well blended.
Bake in 300 degree oven for about 45-50 minutes (or until golden brown).
Yes! That's it! It's super easy and delicious...even the next day, yum!
